Hilary Duff’s Fans Never Miss a Thing
Hilary Duff’s fans are some of the most observant out there. In late June, an Instagram account dedicated to the Younger star reposted a gorgeous beach photo of her—and let’s just say, she was serving body-ody-ody. Rocking a striped bikini and a bright smile, Hilary looked totally in her element by the ocean, even giving a subtle nod to the nautical setting with her swimsuit.
As always, fans flooded the comments with love. But, of course, there was one curious follower who asked about her belly, wondering if she had delivered her children “the normal way.” (Translation: Did she have C-sections?) For the record, Hilary—who welcomed her fourth baby in 2024—did consider a C-section with her firstborn, Luca, but ended up going the natural route, and has since had all her children the same way.
Beach Babe Moment

She topped the look with a sunhat and sunglasses, plus a red necktie for an extra pop of style. Her braless top showed off her toned physique, and the camera even caught her mid-laugh—classic Hilary energy. She gave fans a peek at some of her tattoos and showed off a glowing tan while keeping things real, as always.
Still, one fan couldn’t help but zone in on her midsection, asking: “Did Hilary have her children through normal delivery?” Not that it’s anyone’s business, but Hilary has always been open about her post-baby body journey. She’s even called her stretch marks “battle wounds” and has embraced the changes motherhood brought.
Back in 2018, after Luca was born, she told Shape:
“I look at my body and see stretch marks from being pregnant or my boobs aren’t where they used to be. I look at Luca and think, I can’t imagine my life without you, so if I have a few of these battle wounds from having you, I don’t really care.”
Hilary = Goals
The beach photos had fans calling her “goals”—and honestly, can you blame them? In another snap, Hilary stunned in a lavender-pink bikini, serving major bombshell vibes as she made her way out of the ocean. Her toned arms, glowing skin, and confident energy were all on point, and her curves were giving.
“She should change her name from Hilary Duff to Hilary Buff,” one fan joked, clearly impressed by her sculpted look.
Cheeky in Red
Hilary’s always been about body positivity, but she’s also big on taking care of herself—eating well, staying active, and just doing what feels good. In one standout shot, she stepped it up in a halterneck red bikini with studded detailing. The swimsuit gave a little cheeky rear view, and she wore it with total confidence.
At the end of the day, Hilary continues to show up as her strong, real, and radiant self—stretch marks, muscles, mom life, and all.
